Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibited content and behavior

The following is strictly prohibited anywhere on Wufy — profiles, photos, chat messages, walk or event descriptions, or any other user content:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any sexual communication with a minor.
• Sextortion or coercion of a minor.
• Trafficking of a minor for sexual exploitation.
• Sexualized depictions of minors, including drawings, animations, or AI-generated content.
• Sharing of contact information intended to facilitate any of the above.

2. Minimum age

Wufy is intended for adult dog owners. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, as stated in our Terms of Use. Accounts found to belong to users below the minimum age are removed.

3. How to report a concern

Users can report CSAE concerns directly inside the app without leaving it:

1. Open the Wufy app.

2. Go to Profile → Settings → Wufy Support.

3. Send a message describing the concern. Include a link or screenshot when possible.

4. How we respond

Reports are reviewed by our safety team. Confirmed CSAE content is removed, the responsible account is permanently banned, and the incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local law enforcement as required by applicable law. We cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where Wufy operates, including the Russian Federation and regions where Google Play distributes our app. Users who become aware of CSAE content elsewhere may also report it to local authorities or to NCMEC at https://report.cybertip.org.
